The Junior Registered Nurse (RN) Exploration Class at Verse Won Academy is an exciting hands-on healthcare education class designed for students ages 13–17 who are interested in learning about the nursing profession and exploring future careers in healthcare. This beginner-friendly class introduces students to the essential skills, responsibilities, and daily duties of Registered Nurses in a fun, engaging, and educational environment.
Students will gain foundational knowledge in patient care, medical terminology, vital signs, infection control, CPR awareness, professionalism, communication skills, and basic clinical procedures commonly performed in nursing settings. Through interactive classroom instruction, demonstrations, simulations, team activities, and healthcare career exploration, students will develop confidence, leadership skills, and a deeper understanding of the medical field.
The Junior RN Exploration Class is designed to inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals while promoting responsibility, compassion, teamwork, and academic growth. Students will also learn about different nursing specialties, hospital environments, and educational pathways required to become a Registered Nurse.
